Does LL answer case tickets on Sundays?

Someone please help me. Yesterday night I was scrolling through Account Cancellation with no intentions of canceling my account and my laptop has double click selection and the pad is sensitive. So the cancel was selected. In 6 hours it will be 24 hours since this happened. I don't know what to do. I sent a case out to LL this morning when I knew to do that and no reply has been made. On my account it now says "cancellation pending." I can still log on, but I believe my account will be put on hold after 24 hours (correct me if I'm wrong). There was also no "confirm" after it was clicked. I know that people who intentionally cancel their account and want it back after a couple months of cancellation have to pay a one time fee of $9.95. I was hoping that I didn't have to pay that since they know the back story of this and not much time has passed since this all happened. Do you think they'll let me have my avatar back as normal again or do you think I'll have to pay for it? Also, is there a specific thing I need to click under the support ticket to let them know it was a accidental cancellation and not intentional faster than a regular filed ticket claim? I honestly don't think it would be fair to charge me that.

Hello Forum!! my stupid self bought a prepaid visa giftcard from walmart yesterday forgetting SL no longer accepts them. are there any third party exchanges that accept the visa prepaid giftcards any of you know of? thanks so much guys! :matte-motes-delicious: I linked the prepaid visa card to paypal, and tried to use it, but it denied and said that it wouldnt go through with that card.
