Hice una transacción para comprar linden y en mi estado de cuenta de la tarjeta aparece que fue realizada y que está pendiente por cobrar pero el mi cuenta en SL salió como denegada y no tengo acreditada ninguna cantidad. Alguien sabe que debo hacer???

I have problem to download a picture in my comment profile. When i take a photo in a second life worlds, the PC take a photo and try to dowload but in a seconds said error. I use the SL visor, Phoenix or Firestorm and all them say same. I follow the help instruction but all its ok. Thank you for read this and sorry for my bad english but my first language is spanish.
