I recently upgraded my account and I don't know how to access the land or home I should have received with it. How can I do this?

This is not a network issue. I have the same exact problem on my macbook pro and I set up bootcamp to dual boot windows. In my windows partition the game runs with no problems at all, It's only in my mac os partition that these problems occur.
