I posted yesterday about an account that I reactivated not letting me rez anything. It has now been more than 24 hours, I can purchase from Marketplace with no problem, but I still can not rez or change anything on my avatar. Keeps telling me attempt to rez an object failed. Any suggestions?

Just reactivated an old account, one that does not have the dreaded resident last name, however now I am trying to make her not look like a noob, but I can't rez anything. No matter where I go even when given the rights to rez, it says Object failed to rez in world. Has anyone else had this issue? And if so, how did you fix it?
