I am too old in rl and too tierd of jobs that are ghosts. By ghosts i mean jobs that start off nicely and as soon as the job interview is done the owners start a shady business model. I had odd jobs before that were done badly because the owner wouldn't provide the proper landmark and when i get there theres a mesh piece that makes my viewer crash to desktop in a loop. Meaning i am forever stuck in offline and in your sim assuming you do have one. Also if I come to Canary islands and my game takes more then 20 seconds for SL to load the assets and decorations i would probably leave and quit the groups even after interview and block the bosses no matter how much money they are willing to pay per week. This is how SL works. You must provide at very least a landmark (because i am not getting paid enough/at all to do detective work to look it up myself) to prove your job is solid. and usually in SL people COME VISIT YOUR SIM FIRST click on a board that opens up GOOGLE forms to apply for the job. That IS how SL works. THIS isn't IMVU or other dumb platform. People expect professionalism and it needs to be done right. You can't just say "hey we are here on forums and if you are money hungry come we have weekly pays private message me to get the job" Applications on forums are suppose to get you excited first. its also not just the boss/employee that is looking here. There is the posibility that millions of people are watching this eider now or in future. What you don't understand is that forms on in-world employment are usualy also a publicity advertisement. I have experience in Marketing & Advertisement and i can tell you this job sounds/looks a bit fishy in these posts. If you stilll don't understand then let me make it clear. THE JOB POSTING IS THE ADVERTISEMENT TO LURE CLIENTS IN YOUR POCKETS. If you don't make your first impressions right and post "demos" of what you are doing in sl then no hype. The hype is like pre-ordering a videogame in real life. Video game devs usually lunch their products with a crowd already waiting at the "door" with a trailer followed up by 2 or 3 popular youtubers who splice and disect the trailer and do comentary over it and build the hype over it. As far as Canary islands you don't have any of that done. I already shared too much of my time and if you still don't understand then I have no clue how to help more.

Because the sim might be too laggy for some systems. we need to go and make ourselfs "at home" and get a feeling of the sim before we get hired. Not everyone is money hungry and not everyone wants to get hired on fairy tale story. I personally would prefer a more transparent relationship between owners and employee. Not sure if that is possible.

Very good but skin is a bit burned, the "smile" is a little bit forced and she is soo plain and not blended in with the light sources to be reflected on her hair or skin where it should be. Other then that you did a very good job. Keep it up and keep "playing" in photoshop. You know? Gentle little details that may be overlooked by some. This is not a negative review but an idea to be given for future. Keep up the good work and you might find someone who needs your skills.

Hello, Name is Dots and I want to cut this short for everyone. I am looking for someone to do store ads with. Someone who is good at clothes making and is looking to start out as a new brand. I been making store ads now for half a year already for a vehicle store and I am very happy so far but I wish to get some extra work on my hands. Yes I know some people do them alone but some are just terrible at making them and no wonder why they don't have huge sales but i am here to help and boost sales by doing better quality ads. Think of this as a rare opportunity to get started with a new store. I hope we do weekly releases and monthly events. Hello. Some people may know me but OK whatever. I need a job to feed my other small future projects i have in mind. I currently work for a vehicle company and make ads for their stores but payment is just that vehicle and I come to conclusion that i will still work for them but i need a paying job as well. Ads as in marketplace posters or.. (now here's the kick in the gut) .. or i can do vehicle paints for your airline within SL (but then again that would be a one time payment and doesn't help on long run). I can be a CSR (Customer Support rep/service) in a store too or a manager in club not a problem (i prefer the role of manager for clubs doing external contracts and getting new designers to join midnight mania for "event giveaways"). I can also be a CSR for a rental estate. I been there and done that before (I cannot say in forums what jobs i had or who i worked with or else Linden lab would remove my post and send me account warnings but just to be clear I have a 9 years old account and counting in SL and seen lots of stuff). I am looking for a job that would pay me weekly at least 650L. Thanks for your time and yes i do follow this forum topic on daily basis.

I only provided them one piece of puzzle first. Easy to learn. The other software you talk about is another piece of puzzle that i did not want to say just yet.

There is something that can help. Its called experience keys. Helps you allow rez a product with temporary attachment script.. When someone leaves the sim the avatar goes back to the way it was previously. No need for Demo above head or text. Its less intrusive too. You need a custom script for this since it needs to detect avatars and what mesh body they wear so that the clothing ads itself to the correct body types. I suggest a script combined with Experience keys based on keywords as in hair, body skin tattoos to stay on your body while other stuff gets removed at the doorway of your store via invisible "portal". Store will need adult rating land for this. and because it might cause lagg you can have the demo button on vendor act as an activator and the demo object to go directly to the avatar.
