cant get into secondlife as of this mornin all i get is cant accesss secondlife from this computer ,never had this problem before can you please telll me what i can do ,i have uninstalled and re installed still not letting me in thank you in advance

im in ireland and use a pre paid visa card which i top up wen needed,i have tried to use on here to get premium but it will not accept my card for some reason ,i have a freind in uk they use a similar card and it works ok ,can u pls help me as it is stressing me out lol thank you hugs
