I read some books with information about things I am making, I read about how they work so I can make things work the same way, but sometimes I mod them because I see things different, like wings for an airplane, I put flaps on wing tips in the 1970's just to control the air flow escaping from the end of the wing due to turbulence sucking it away, that's is because I could see and model the air in my mind, it was many years later that mainstream makers did the same, if I had read books on it before hand I would have just done what mainstream said should be done and would have never learnt on how to control something most didn't understand or know existed, I think you are very brave to allow yourself such corruptions and then think you can create something original, my no, scares the pants off me.

I think the biggest threat are water levels, do you remember what I said about spirals in the rock as being safe places, over the next couple of years we may get surge tides higher than any recorded in the past, 1987 was very different and the tail end of a storm that the met office thought would peter out, but as I said months ago it is storm surge water levels that are the biggest threat to humans, but I did tell you that west of you is a safe area, lol.

As you can not sell for a lower price in your land based shop than you advertise in market place, means it is neither a fee or tax, hard to give it a name really, spose the nearest is that they sell goods on your behalf as you have given away the rights to determine your own land based price, I have role play money in my games, I offer a 50% discount in lindens for part payment in role play money, this has forced me to stop using marketplace, it is a pity, but none so blind as those that chase a penny without thinking where it comes from, I only use market place for products I made years ago before I added role play money to the game system, so to sell the role play items that use role play money I am forced to sell the basic meter for zero lindens in market place and nothing more, don't think the lindens really care about game development in sl, they only want a cut of all things sold, shows that SL is run by money men and not people interested in game development.

ok, i reinstalled it all and changed the location of the cache for each viewer, i have 4 av's logged and they are all working fine, got one av out of the box that has been alseep for 2 years, all are working fine now.

Just tried another machine that only has firestorm and not the new sl viewer, and fire storm works great, so it would seem that it is the new sl viewer that is only doing it to the one av, on the big machine I can run more than one av in more than one viewer, well could until the last update, seems you can't have the sl viewer on the same machine as others or things won't work.

I ment the latest SL viewer didn't know it was called 3 i still call it 2, it wont work as it should since the update a few days ago, it wont close and crashes and never send s a bug report, it did a few days ago, plus in fire storm i can't use touch, it don't work for just the av that makes things but does for the others, as if the viewers are giving lucinda special treatment, lol.

Have any of you noticed that some scuplts and textures show in viewer2 but not firestorm, also I have found viewer 2 won't close since the last update, but what concerns me is that if I use viewer2 to make things and then log in with firestorm some textures are always grey and some sculpts are always balls, anyone else having the same problems?

How QE helps a reserve currency, when you first print it it has no inflation so it's first use it can be used to invest for growth at its full value, but as time goes on and it is reused so inflation is attached, so for those that first use it is seen as growth by the time it reaches the last user it has devalued the currency, and that last user in in another country, so therefore is seen as exporting inflation, the US has no real growth at all. ron paul explains it.

Peak oil in 2006 affected us all, so yes it has affected sl, numbers have dropped a lot since then, any form of recovery will just mean a repeat of 2006, the US has not been able to secure enough cheap oil for any form of recovery, they are using the first use of a printed reserve currency to fuel growth(QE), that is the only thing keeping them afloat
