  1. Wow thanks for the advice Trinity. I was wondering about these things: how many tmes the item really appears, and even if it causes an increase in sales or not. I certainly have not noticed any dramatic difference between the first 30 day period when I definitely had the enhancement working, and the start of the second period when I don't know if it is still active. I'm going to follow your advice and stop it on the last day of the current period, and at least I'll know for sure if it's worth paying or not. Thanks again.
  2. Hi Trinity, Thanks for that. I already found that. It says that the listing enhancement is active, that it was last charged on 27th April and will be charged again on 27th May, but I have no trace of any charge on 27th April! And I also don't know if the enhancement is really active, because as you know the product will only appear intermittently on the MarketPlace main page, so while I haven't seen it after multiple refreshes, it doesn't really prove anything. So basically I don't know if Linden Labs will charge me later for the past month, or have discontinued the listing enhancement for that 30 day period, or whatever... there was no comunication from them to ask for the money, I don't see any charge on my Linden account or the debit card connected to it, but there was also no notice that the listing enhancement was discontinued.
  3. Dear all, I am a newbie as a merchant and don't know how this works and could not find information on it. I decided to take a subscription for one of my items to be featured on the main MarketPlace landing page. Paid for that. But at the time of renewal 30 days later, my account was not sifficiently funded to pay in advance for the next 30 days. Linden Labs did not send any message about this and I don't see any trace of money being taken from my account using my payment info. I can't be sure that the item is not advertised anymore, as it's intermittent anyway. Can someone tell me what usually happens in cases like that?

I thought that was the solution but no, I can review and combine items that are not yet listings (that appear at the top of my merchant home wepbage), but I cannot combine an item that's already been made into a listing with one that hasn't. And unlisting an item does not return it to the top of the page with the unlisted items. I find this very confusing...
  6. Ok my bad, or I checked too soon before the page was fully updated I don't know, but now I have found how to combine the items. Thanks again.
  7. Is there a were to change the order of my marketplace items? My Marketplace items seem to appear in my merchant webpage in the order I exported them from my inventory, and this is reflected in the order they appear in the store on the public side (they don't appear now because I made them inactive while I learn all this). Actually, due to the fact that I added 26 folders to my merchant outbox at the same time and sent them to the Marketplace at the same time, they arrived in random order as the outbox system did not process them in alhabetical order, and basically they are now listed in random order and also appeat in the store in random order if I make them active. Is there a way to change the order of the items? For instance, in this case I want them to appear in alphabetical order. Do I have to delete them completely and then re-send them to the Marketplace one by one if I want to control the order in which they appear?
  8. Thanks Manuel. Doesn't work for me though, doing that creates another folder with the same name as the first one in my merchant webpage, but the original one still does not contain the notecard, while the new one needs all the listing to be created.
  9. Can I add items in existing Marketplace folders? Say I want to add the same notecard so several items that I sell on the Marketplace, can I somehow add the notecard to the Marketplace item, or do I have to add it to the original item folder in my inventory, then re-export the whole thing via the merxhant outbox, and recreate the listing (filling in all the fields etc)?
  10. What to do if a person can't get into a sim and gets the error message: "unable to access parcel"? It's a jewellery store inworld, I can enter it while someone else can't, despite having tried for a long time.

  13. Dear all, I sent a partnership request to my Adored Lady Selisan Resident, which She accepted. This was yesterday and nohing has happened since then. Additionally, I tried the "contact support" link, but found that I had to select predefined question categories and subcategories with absolutely nothing relevant to this problem. I suppose I could try to revoke the request and create a new one, and I suppose She could try to request the partnership instead of me. But these workarounds kill the joy a bit... and are not guaranteed to work. I have seen some older posts (2011) that suggest this is not a new issue but one that has been around for some time. She has some sort of premium or yearly membership, I don't. We both had more than enough L$ to cover the cost on our respective accounts, at the time the request was made. I turn to the forum in the hope that someone knows the solution, or knows how to get effective tech support from Linden Labs. After all... partnerships generate a bit of revenue, so Linden Labs would hopefully want to smooth this out?
