[why is my avatar a cloud ?!?]

I have been having a problem with my avatar not loading and just is a cloud for the past few months. And quite frankly, I'm losing my patience and evernthing that I try doesnt work. I want to speak to someone in live chat or some type of technical sopport about this. Normally I would just delete secondlife nd just move on, but the fact that I actually put money into this game and all of a sudden its not working, is really starting to agitate me. Nothing on my compuer has changed from when I first got it (when it actually worked).

 

No, im not a gold member or whatever they are called. I want to know if there is some type of live chat technical sopport thing I can use on here. Or a place where I can write a complaint or a phone number.

[why is my avatar an orb]

Ive never had this problem till now and its been the same thing for a month . my avatar never loads : it just remains an orb . No matte rhow long im on for , no matter how many times i sign out , no matter what viewer i use , my avatar wont show up! its been going this for a month so i havent been playing. It cant be my internet because i have moved back and fourth to different places and wether im on wired or wireless internet it still wont load ! what do i do? should i compltely delete secondlife and reload it? would that work ?

Without signing inworld into sl , is it possible to talk to yur friends if yur on a cellphone ?

[why doesnt peoples names show up on pheonix viewer ?]

When I use regular viewer that sl came with , it doesnt work. so I used pheonix instead and im able to stay online . But for some reason , sometimes I cant see who is online on my friends list. Its just a blank column on who is online. Also, when I am walking about places, some peoples names show up but others just have "???" as their names.

 

Why is it doing this?

 

... also : I dont know how to find my landmarks on pheonix , can someone tell me where it is ?

[why does it take so long for things to load on sl ?]

i use whatever viewer sl comes with. [i got sl a month ago] Also i just moved irl nd i use wireless internet that works perfectly fine untill i get on secondlife.

Whenever i want to get on sl , an internet connection error comes up, but my internet is perfectly fine with no problems when i do other things on it.

Also, when i actually do get to get online randomly , it takes forever for things nd my av to load. Either it takes long or it just stays grey the whole time in on.

[How do i take a picture from my inventory onto my news feed on my profile ?]

I have a snapshot saved to my inventory that I want on my newsfeed . But i dont know how to do it.

 

edit: how do I add it as a large prim ? its a texture in my inventory already but i cant zoom in on it nd when i take a spap shot it doenst show up in it. I cant even make it a profile pic either

[Why does it take a multiple tries to teleport somewhere ?]

No matter where I want to go , it wont tp me the first time . it tells me to try to tp again. Then after like , 5 attemps, it will finally work . But at other times i wont have problems. It works then later on it doesnt. This has been happening all week for some reason and I dont get why .

[Why do i get a "second life (not responding) on the top of my secondlife window all of a sudden?]

I havent had any problems with secondlife untill now. Everytime I try to sign on, itll load a little bit, freeze, then it will stop responding. I even tried making me arrive at a different spot and it still does the same thing. Why isnt it working all of a sudden? I was on it like, 20 minutes ago with no problems.

[The game wont let me select "general, moderate, and adult" on preferences?]

My friend cant get into adult places with me even though he is an adult. I told him to select in in preferences and click the "content" drop box to "general, moderate, and adult" but he said it ony lets him select "general, moderate". Why is it doing that? How can he get into the places I get into?

I click for my avatar to take everything off so I can put on other outfits, but this white shorts and top wont go away!! When I put something else on her, it just goes over it and it looks hideous ! Why am I not able to take it off??

When I buy or select an outfit I bought and put it on my avatar. Instead of wearing it, its like a huge board of the outfit that goes through her, or a cubed box of the outfit going through her. I dont understand why i cant just select the outfit and my avatar wears it.
