  1. Thanks! I will try it. Good information. I hope if someone else runs into this they can see this thread.
  2. Do these viewers utilize 'chrome'? Using Firefox as a default browser did nothing to assist this problem. What the viewers Phoenix and Firestorm seem to use for the community toolbar is always Safari. I could be wrong.
  3. safari 6.0.2 on Mountain Lion Mac OS has a possible incompatibility problem with Firestorm and Phoenix. "We're sorry, but the Safari browser version you are currently using does not support the community toolbar." This is the error message appearing in a bubble at login and at any attempt to use the search function as well as some other tools in the viewer where the community toolbar is used. I am not sure what to do about this, is this being addressed by Phoenix Firestorm viewer support? Reinstalling the viewers did not help. Safari could not be reinstalled because it is part of the OS setup, but I have tried installing a previous version of safari only to find it is incompatible with the current OS. Please let me know if this is a known problem or if there is something you can suggest for me. Thank you!
  4. If it does, given my current situation, even if I wanted to comply to such a change, it appears I cannot. I own a Macintosh computer, which means I cannot run the Second Life's latest viewer (requires XP, Vista, or Windows 7), and therefore do not have a "Me" folder on my latest Phoenix viewer update, and do not have a way that I know of to move things to a "Merchant Outbox" folder which as far as I can see, does not exist for me. The latest Phoenix does not seem to have a place for such a folder right now, so hopefully they will not make it mandatory, at least not until everyone has the ability to comply with the rule regardless of whether they are a Mac user or a PC user. By the way Lindens, if you read this, I really hope you do, 10 percent of all computer owners own a Macintosh. Maybe your next viewer will support Macs? I hope so.
