Just wanted to say thank you for everyone would was trying to help me and along side having patience! haha Much is appreciated, soo THANKS!! Also I was able to figure out the problem woohoo!!

As many as it takes for some one to get back to me, I responded to a previous post but no one answered, so hence a new one..haha.. Plus being that I already tried those other solutions and none seem to be working..

Can some one please help me! I have two accounts, Djjazziejaz- main, and Lacualamoonbeam- alt My main account keeps crashing at log in every time, I've tried numerous times to re log but still nothing works..Although my alt works just fine.. I've tried un-installing then reinstalling the Phoenix Viewer I use, as well as rebooting the pc, modem, and router Also I've tried lowering the quality, clearing the cache..Stil nothings working.. If someone could please help me out that would be much appreciated please and thank you! :)

My other account is working just fine, its only my main account that will not let me log in..Perhaps I have a bug?

Those are older problems that I've already addressed, I've tried reconnecting my router, modem, as well as clearing my cache, and setting it to a lower quality..Anymore solutions? haha Please and thank you!!

My main character crashes at log in every time, but my alt character works..Anyone know what the problem is?

I've been trying to log into my account through my viewer, and every time I do that I crash right after it loads..It says the region might be down or I might have internet connections but my internet is fine. I've tried uninstalling the viewer and re-installing and it still does not work..Any answer would be awesome please and thanks :matte-motes-big-grin:

My avatar isn't showing up on screen, everyone else can see it but me, how do I fix it? I've already tried changing avi's and nothing seems to be working..Any helpful suggestion would be awesome thanks! :)
