I'm talking about working for them, creating, developing etc.

A friend on my list left second life, then came back. When I try to look at their profile I get a gray box that says "this name is unavailable" and a default image under their picture. When I instant message them I see their photo, and when I hover over their name I see some profile information, but can't open it to see the whole thing.
