[I need help..I cant see nothing of my profile when i'm logged in with 2nd veiwer,but can in phoenix]

I really like 2nd viewer and so does my partner but in the last couple days nither one of us can see any of my profile or my picks and he said my profile says unavailable..Can anyone tell me what to do about this.I also come on phoenix and i see all but we both like 2nd viewer and need it fix..thank you
