I am sure it is no surprise that this thread is being closed. I was hoping to leave it open since it was directing the original poster on solutions in how to address access concerns to their region/parcel, but this has clearly gone in another direction. If you have a personal dispute with someone, you can discuss it privately, but all of you know the rules regarding the forums.

While I do not work on the marketplace development team, I wanted to let you all know at the very least that we have been passing along all of the feedback, and the marketplace team has just posted this blog with an update. Before anyone asks, I do not have any additional information beyond what has been shared in the blog post, I just wanted to share it to ensure all of you saw it.

I would like to take a moment and remind everyone that taking personal jabs at other members of the community, including Lindens, is not appropriate. If you can not participate in the conversation in a manner that is both on topic, and constructive rather than just finger pointing and personal attacks, then I would encourage you to take a step back for a bit.

Unfortunately I don't have all the answers that you are seeking at this time. I can say we did make some changes to search as we announced in our blog post, so the changes in how search functions, are intended, which can be read here:
However in addition, we have been collecting feedback via Support tickets and JIRAs that have been submitted, and of course the forum posts. I know we have fixed some bugs along the way, such as the subscriptions being mentioned in this thread, though it sounds like there might still be some issues with that, which I will make sure its looked at.
Jasmina Weezles if you haven't already, please make sure you send in a support ticket, it is much appreciated.

I mentioned this in another thread, but I just noticed this thread as well. This should be fixed, if you are still having this problem with your ads not showing up, please update your ticket so the agent working it is aware. We will get this resolved.

Can you check over your listings again and if for some reason it still is not working for you, please submit a support ticket and a member of the team will take a look. Hey Everyone,
I am sure it comes as no surprise to see me commenting in this thread. As you are all aware, there have been multiple other threads closed on the topic of a very specific group of bots. We are not trying to prevent you from discussing the bot policy in general, which is why we chose to leave this thread open for discussion.
As we previously mentioned, all of the information that is currently being displayed on a third party website, is all accessible via lsl script call, and is considered to be public information. I understand there are some of you that don't agree with that decision, but at this time that information is considered public.
I will however say that information such as your real name, your email address, etc. that are considered to be Personal Identifying Information (PII) is not made public, and we would never make that information public. If however you put that type of public information in your profile, that is a choice that you are making.
I would also like to note, that there seems to be a lot of speculation about what gets actioned vs. what doesn't, and that I can understand why it seems we are enforcing the rules on the forum more strictly than we do in world. A locking of a thread, is quite visible, the suspension of an account is far less visible (and before anyone asks, no, we won't be sharing when we suspend another Residents account), just something to think about.
So if you can not keep it on topic, we will close this thread as well. I don't want to do that though, and would much rather see the conversation continue, as I am following along.

Unfortunately we have been advised by Invision this is not something that can currently be disabled entirely, but that they are working on that feature to be added to their next release. When/if that time comes, I will discuss with those in charge to see if this is a feature we want to keep running or not. In the mean time, it seems like someone found a work around that allows you to at least condense the image previews and that seems to be a good solution to me.

This has been resolved now and you can now once again lurk about the forums in total secrecy. Also since this is resolved, I am gonna toss a lock on it.

I can't promise that something would never/not be actioned. As with any scenario we would review the matter and decide what, if any action should be taken.
That being said, when it comes to account sharing, and the way we approach it, if we determine it warrants any action it would come in the form of education first, no one is going to lose their account right out the gate for something of this nature as often times it is done without someone realizing they shouldn't be doing it.
@Gwin LeShelleI hope you got your homework done! lol, I am really not that intimidating though, I promise!

@Tommy Linden- Please clarify if butts are now only allowed in the Adult section, since they are all over the How Does Your Avatar Look Today thread and even in this thread. The prior rules about nudity in the General sections simply meant no nipples and no genitals.
I think the images are fine to stay for now. Based off the ones I have seen, (I have not gone through all 12 pages), I have not seen any that warranted a move to the adult section. IF something came up that did, we would give a friendly heads up to the person that posted it.
If there are any specific images you feel should be reviewed by us, drop a report on them, it doesn't mean someones going to get into trouble, it just means we are going to review it and see if it needs to be moved, etc.

Hey there! Now that I have returned from my vacation, I wanted to pop in and provide an answer to this question. You are correct in that we do encourage everyone to keep the images tasteful in the adult section. I see in fact that you recently posted an image there and that is a great example of what is to be considered tasteful. We understand that some people may wish to share their intimate moments that they had with others, but some things are better kept to themselves, or between those involved in the moment.
I will say though, much like with any other type of moderation we do on the forums, if someone posts something that is determined to be inappropriate, we would let you know, no ones at risk of being out right punished for an honest mistake, or lack of knowing that they shouldn't. We have always taken an educate first, action later (if its needed) approach to the moderation here on the forums.

You can absoluately message me, but there are limitations to what I am able to both say and do. If you message me to let me know you feel like an Abuse Report hasn't been reviewed (I don't like to use the word answered, because that gives the impression the team will reach out to you about it, that isn't going to happen). I am always happy to check in with my team on the status of a report, but I can't share that information with you. This doesn't suddenly bump your report up in priority though, it just means I checked on it. If you message me to tell me you are experiencing an issue, I am going to let you know you need to file an Abuse Report.
