OKAY!!! Now, I'm thinking maybe it's the graphics card. The requirements say I need ATI Radeon 9500 or better, but I have no idea what falls under the "or better" category and so far, I can't find a place that will spell it out for me in plain words. I'm using a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series card,w hich sounds fancy enough, but you never know. So, does anyone know if my graphics card is compatible with the veiwer? I don't know why they have to make this stuff so complicated >.< And what do you know, my computer programmer of a husband is strangely absent these last couple of days.

That could be it. My internet isn't the best. Unfortunately, there's not much I can do about it, so I hope that's not it. Edit: My internet searches have led me to believe that my computer may be missing an Afd.sys file. I can't find it under the device manager, even with the hidden devices showing. I'll see if I can get my husband or my brother to look and make sure I didn't just miss it. I hope it's easily fixable!!!

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place for this, but everything here is so different from what I'm used to, I'm getting a headache just trying to understand the layout, haha. (I;m crying on the inside D,x ) When I reported my log in issue with the veiwer, it asked for the URL of the page I was trying to log into. I couldn't figure out where to find the URL of the page, so I just put "Unsure" and hoped they could still do something with the information I already gave them. So how do I get URLs from the viewer? Just in case I ever need that again. And if anyone knows how to resolve a "DNS could not resolve the host name" error, that would be just lovely~
