I have one full sim left for sale. Due to RL circumstances, I am no longer able to spend much time in-world, so I am willing to GIVE it away - you only have to pay the $100 transfer fee - to anyone who is willing to allow the current two tenants remain on 1/2 of the sim (they are each renting a 1/4 plot at L$5,000/wk which covers just over 1/2 of the monthly sim tier cost).
