    Looking for new friends

    It's been a while since i've had friends. I haven't been on Second Life much maybe that is the reason why. But now that i'm back again i would love to find some amazing people to talk to and spend my second life time with. I am online everyday,quite often actually and i feel like something is missing in my life :]. I am a friendly person i am honest,loyal,nice,funny and cute :P respectful too. I spend my time earning second life lindens hahaha. It gets boring sometimes need someone to take me out at a club or something! Been at clubs but i dance on my own :( quite sad. I love chatting with people and talk about anything! I don't like drama it's too much for me and it gives me real life anxiety. I don't want to be rude to YOU so i am sorry if i seem rude to YOU it is not my intention. I'm looking for friendship. Real friendship. :) I've been on second life since 2012. Can't wait to read all your comments below and reply to them :P Have a nice day/night! See you soon!

    Head Skin And Body Skin Problem.They Don't Match.

I don't know anything about Legacy but assume it came with a body skin then try using that with the head skin (or tattoo depending ) .   Or the other way around. If you decide to buy new skin be SURE AND DEMO them until you get a good match. 

     

    Sometimes there are neck changes on the body (I don't have yours) that you need to try out to get a good smooth neck seam.  Sometimes depending on the skin maker the skin will just NOT look right no matter what you do even if you are following all these things. In that case it is the skin maker's fault :D.   You might also ask in the Legacy group and or the Lelutka group if there are certain skin brands that work well.

    How do you feel the relationship between you and your avatar? It's pretty awesome.
    Did you create your avatar trying to reproduce your RL appearance? Otherwise, did you create an avatar completely different to your RL appearance? Not at all lmao. I didn't have intentions of creating an avatar completely different to my RL appearance.
    Are you satisfied of the result? Of course i am.
    Do you feel fully represented? i feel fully represented 100%
    Do you perceive your avatar’s appearance is more attractive than your RL appearance? Ummm.... put me in the spot here... Um no i don't think that.
    How do you feel your online behaviour changes compared to your offline behaviour? It's pretty much the same.
    Here in SL, do you feel more extroverted, friendly, allowed to do things that you wouldn’t do in RL? Yes. I feel more comfortable too, less shy. I sometimes have anxiety in RL of people when i go outside like to take a walk or whatever but i am working on fixing that. RL interaction is completely different. I also feel more free in SL to do things.
    Do you feel that some aspects of your behaviour are more ephatised in SL and that other aspects are omitted? No.
    Does the other residents' approving or disapproving influence the way you represent yourself through your avatar? Yes.
    Where does your avatar's name come from? I don't know honestly i kind of just came up with it and then put the word ''avatar'' at the end.
    Why did you choose it? I like it.

    It happens... I play Fish Hunt and wanted to try Gold Hunt today and turns out that the serves are down and when i tried clicking on the ''Find Locations'' It wouldn't let me and it wasn't working at all. I went to the ''Linden Gold Hunters'' group and asked and they told me it was down. This happened today btw. The 1 time i want to try Gold Hunters for the first time and it doesn't work. xD I know the Fish Hunt one but that one didn't work either.

    In my opinion you should use the same head and body so you can match both of the colors perfectly and not have neck problems along the way. I have done that before where i would have Catwa head or Lelutka head and Slink body, it didn't end well. I would always get issues with the colors to match them perfectly as they are 2 completely different brands. But I don't know that's just my opinion,you will save yourself a lot of trouble along the way.

    Annoyance for sure. I think they should stop doing that and do it like they used to and sell it as single because you are right we might want a single color or to pick a single whatever else it is and customize it the way we want to. They are definitely obligating us in a way. AND it is more expensive like you said which is not okay whatsoever. They need to seriously change that. It is a nice thing to get everything all in one in a fatpack but it brings so much problems along the way.

    if you dont have an aesthetic body when you are supposed to have one just use your body hud and hide the parts where the shirt is and you wont have any problem with it. there is a button for that to hide or show mesh parts on the body and make it visible or invisible if the shirt doesnt fit you because you have problems since its not an aesthetic body just decide wheter to show or hide those parts from your body hud. if you hide them the body wont show and it will look good.

    Universal Layer question

    Go to your groups then select ''Legacy body group'' Ask in there they know BETTER than anyone else. After all they made the body ;) They are the experts we are just the ones that buy their products we don't know their products as much as they know them. They know their products better than anyone after all they created them. 

    The other day i had a problem with my Slink feet and what i did was investigate a little bit and when i went in the Slink group, at first i thought of posting there and asking but i found out that in the description of slink there is a link to a profile on SL that you click and you can ask that person about any slink issues that you have. So I Immed him and he replied and i did explain my issues and he said he will send me copy of the feet. :D

    Even if it goes VR there will still be a normal version of Second Life Itself. I mean i think the purpose of Second Life is completely different than VR. VR is more for video games etc. For scary horror video games or for games where you get to explore. Or for games where you have a certain ''mission'' or ''quest'' yeah that kind of games. Second Life is like it says it's name It's a Second Life. And that is a way bigger deal than VR. It's literally THE SAME as real life. Only that it's virtual. But it is indeed a Second Life. Once you log in sometimes you just can't get enough of it it really is very addicting. I love SL. It's a part of me in a way now in RL. It is a lovely game to fall in love with. It is not just a game it's a whole different world. Somewhere where you can be whoever you want to! Some people in RL don't have the chance to do certain things and SL gives them the chance to try them in SL.

    Social anxiety...

    We all have a certain ''me'' that's hiding in us. We are social creatures and we all at some point have some type of personality. It happens to a lot of us we IM people that we see on a certain sim but they don't reply to us. Some reply others don't. I mean my advice is to just keep trying i guess. If you really want to make friends well it will be hard at first because like you said and like i said a lot of people don't reply. Don't take it personal though. There are groups on SL now specifically for making new friends maybe try joining some of them. As of social anxiety if you feel too much pressure don't do this to yourself. Just back off. See what's best for you. You try to do it but see that it's too much? Well try again tomorrow. Don't ever make yourself feel uncomfortable. I also have social anxiety both in SL and RL but i try my best to push myself to make some good friends. At first it's hard but then once you see that it's working it makes your day. It makes you happy. Some people are just born with social anxiety and that's ok. We are not all the same. Just know that you are not alone because i also have social anxiety and many many other people around the world. There are literally 8 billion people in the world. Like wow. ❤️ :) Sending lots of positivity your way and hope you find your place in life, somewhere where you feel good, somewhere where you feel like you belong and somewhere where people and your friends accept you for who you are and understand you. After all you don't want a toxic friend that brings drama right?  I know i don't. Maybe it's also because like you mentioned you haven't been online very much lately so that also affects. Also as of how to start a conversation don't put pressure on you just follow your heart. I always start with ''Hello,how are you doing?'' :)
