Well, the roles of a manager are to check upon all the other staff members, the club, the customers and possibly all the other small details you have in a business. I will discuss them inworld, though, since we prefer a face-to-face approach. We do have shifts, but they are variable depending on the people commitments: RL always comes first, and it is clear that everybody has a real life. Would be great to have more than one manager from different time zones (same thing for all the other staff members) so that we can keep the club alive during all the day and night.
