I'm interested in exploring how to get a custom animation made...or perhaps I mean something that works with a menu and nearby avatars. I've long been a SL member but never really learned much about all the subtle differences here. Please be aware that I'm willing to pay for one, naturally.

Same problem with me too. Loss of all the inventory and all of my clothes and other stuff.
