im having same problem after I did update it cuts off after italizing Vhs then cuts off

On my account summary it says this current plan-- basic membership, Your current status-- cancellation pending, Account goes on hold Friday 4 - 06 - 2012. That's on my account summary on second life then I have email from second life, not scam mail saying your second life account has been sucessfully cancelled. I have never signed up for a premuim membership I have always been basic so what is this about I'm so confused. I really enjoy being on here so I hope someone can help thanking you in advance.

Second life sent me an email stating my premuim account was cancelled. I never had a premuin account only basic one now it's saying my avatar is inactive can anyone help would be greatly appreciated.
