In your my.secondlife.com profile, settings, you can link to your Social Identities. For some reason, the twitter one is not working at the moment, I just tried it also.

Linden Lab sent out emails for the new affiliate program to publishers who were with the previous affiliate program. They are now using Commision Junction.
