  1. You know graphics crashers from attack huds T,T. If you are victim to them and crash does that provide any damage to your GPU at all?
  2. Im wanting to make a push effect and i wanna make a script where it will count how many avatars are in a 7 meter radius and it will rez a number of prims equal to how many avatars there are in the area and each prim will follow each avatar.. I don't know how to start it... script examples would be nice. Thank you.
  3. Well I bought a new graphics card and i'm just courious what my fps would be. I use to have a Geforce gt 610 and it played SL like crap. 4. I just recently bought a new desktop and it was recently shipped out and I'm still awaiting its arrival... I was wanting to know if I made the right desicion. I've been playing second life on a TOSHIBA laptop for 2 and a half years now and i always play on low graphics and would always still get frame rate lag like crazy even in none populated areas.. and i just wanted to get a computer that would play on medium with no frame rate lag what so ever. I will post my old and new computers' stats... Old laptop- AMD Turion(tm) II Dual-core Mobile m500 2.20 GHz 3 GB RAM 250 gb hard drive Graphics card- AMD M860G with ATI Mobility Radeon 4100 New Desktop- AMD Quad-Core FX-4130 processor 3.80GHz, 4MB L2 Cache 8GB DDR3 SDRAM system memory 1TB SATA hard drive NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 Graphics With 1GB video memory, DVI, HDMI and VGA capabilities

  6. I don't know how that would help. Im not wanting a answer on how to make shaders less laggy. I want to know how to get rid of that pattern on round prims without turning shaders on.
  7. I was wondering when I turn basic shaders on it lags my computer and the FPS is terrible. But when i have basic shaders off prims and avatars look like this. And when I turn basic shaders on it looks like this or it is normal. Is there any way to make prims and avatars "normal" without turning basic shaders on. I have done it before but dont know how now.
  8. Im trying to buy linden and it keeps saying payment failed and when im looking on my card linden lab is charging $1 for no reason I feel as I am getting ripped off.....
