i use windows vista i meet the requierments that i know of but the game does work it does start the only requierment i dont now is grafic card it shows a grey and black screen so I have to buy a grafic card?

every time i try to downlaod it it starts but right when it pops um it shows a brey and black screen and freezes it never works i want to play but it never works what do i do. i let it accept all the stuff idk whats wrong. its not the anti virus
