what is going on with Linden Realms. half of it is blocked off. sunday march 26,2017.i cant get through to cash out my gems. and its in portal 1 and 2. any idea why this is happening

Yesterday i could get into Fab Free group chat, now i cant because i get 2 warnings, ---i dont have that ability and a time out for the group chat. ive had no bad behavior, no warnings , i cant contact anyone, i dont have a voice. i did not do anything wrong, heck i was just made honored resident. please help
