I currently have a skybox containing: 5 Chalets (furnished) 200L$ p/w 12 Rooms (furnished) 100L$ p/w 18 Suites (furnished) 150L$ p/w Spread over a 1/4 sim that also contains a spa area with sauna and massage bed. 2 pools, relaxing waterfall, camp fire and beach volley ball court, with more to follow as i decide what else to put there, thinking maybe a waterslide or arcade/casino....or both.
