Hello, Firstly, apologies if I did not select the correct category. I would like to organise some fund-raising activities for a RL charity which has no presence in SL. I need some help about the very first steps as to whether I need to get in touch with them and let them know about my project etc. Is there anyone who has experience and could help/guide me during these first few steps? Dear Freya, thank you so much for your reply It really makes sense, but I wanted to avoid having people around at my home if I decided to rez it there. Just to clarify, that would be a subscriber to send items to the bloggers of a specific store and not to spam customers with new releases etc. In this case, I suppose it's best to find another place to rez it. Hello! I am currently looking for a subscriber system, which will allow me to send messages to the subscribers without revealing the location it is rezzed. I have looked at quite a few solutions from ArtiZan, SasTech and the Subscrib-o-matic but I am not entirely sure if any of them can stop transmitting the rez location. Is there anyone with experience on these systems and the feature I am looking for? Please feel free to suggest other systems too. Many thanks!

Hello, I recently noticed a few profiles that included URLs to in-world location or even websites and they were renamed using common English language words e.g. Blog, Flickr, Store etc. Also, I noticed that some people had attached Profile and Group cards on their profile tabs. Hi Selina, I am a quite new model in SL and I can agree with you that it's not very easy to get a job unless you are reprsented by agencies, go to castings, take part in contests etc. However, in order to do most of these you need to be trained and have a kind of portfolio that will show your style. If I am not mistaken, you may be able to do store modeling without having had any modeling training but again you will need to "prove" your styling skills to the designer whose items you want to model I hope it helps a bit...

Hi all, I am an SL model and I am looking into creating a nice and neat resume & separate portfolio online. I would be in favour of a "tool" (or website if you like) that would allow me to connect with other models, agencies etc. Does anyone have any ideas who would like to share? Thanks loads!
