I think I read a post stating that SL takes no more than 1GB. Thank you for the link, it was very informative! I would love to have the option to only have 1GB, but 2GB cards is all they're offering so no dice I just really want to know if the 750 2GB is enough for what I want in SL (big places, runing on med-high with high FPS along with a good amount of avatars) specifically since it's one of the programs I would be using the most.

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer guys! I really do appreciate it I chatted with my friend again and he told me that their (750 and 765) differences..isn't THAT huge. I mean sure it's better, but not by much and it's not worth paying another 100 bucks or so. So will the 750 2GB be enough for what I'm looking for in my SL since I think SL is the heaviest program I run. Thanks again in advance!

Also, another major thing to consider is the graphics cards. Is the 750 2GB enough and is the 760 2GB overkill? What would run SL smoothly especially in larger and more detail sims along with a good size amount of avatars. Feel free to express your opinions and give links reviews or better yet, tell me your experience with SL with using a laptop from IBP or one of the graphics cards. most objects and buildings take a while to fully render while the images on pictures i see are blury. it takes a couple mins to apper but i was wondering if there is a way to eliminate this porblem completely and see buildings and pictures pop up very quick.

Hi guys so i recently got this computer on christmas. its amazing heres a linkki didn't alter anything when buying it: http://configure.us.dell.com/dellstore/config.aspx?oc=dncwdp1&model_id=xps-l502x&c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19 its a dell xps 15. now i tried SL on my desktop it has 2GB and a nvida gamecard and it still ran sl kinda slow and i paid 150 dollars for it total and so i was excited about playing it super fast with amazing graphics but im kinda bummed since im playing on the lowest settings of graphics and it till messes up somewhat :( can someone help i would really would like to play lag free and i do have a very stable internet connection. all help would be appriciated thanks! :D

Hi guys im somewhat of a newbie to SL (though i started new years) but that's the thing...i have a love-hate relationship with SL so i come to play every few months or so because i get discouaged. see, i look at all this amazing stuff on youtube videos, blogs, sites on SL like houses, furniture it truly great what this game does, it allows the players to have tons of freedom and opprotunity to create what they want and i love that! who doesn't wan't a game you can do...well...EVERYTHING. Then here comes the sad part. I see all this stuff and think "WOW i wanna do that!" and i try building but its very difficult, idk how to do any scripting, HECK idk how to even make my avatar look the way i want it. not to mention im not an adult nor do i have paypal so i cant buy all the amazing things i want so badly (if i could i would make all my stuff but i lack the skills even though i do consider myself artistic). and also why is it so dead everywhere i can barely find people where i go (i like g rated i don't wanna see all that nastiness lol) so please give me advice tutroials are ok but some heart-to-heart basic advice will help alot :D ty so much

hello im new to second life amd i was wondering if you have any tips on how I can fully enjoy this virtual world. I would like to have some tips on how to build,script, get a job(no stripping,modeling, any thing out of the rated G area, etc.) change my avatar, and anything else that might be helpful. I really appreciate it videos and guides would be nice but i would also like to here your own tips from your experiences.
