  1. Thanks arwin i did as suggested. I got two more tonight that are just saying queued this time for over 10 hours now. here is my responce to my ticket from a few days ago,it doesent sound like they are planing on pushing deliverys or refunding customers at this point: Hello Thank you for contacting Linden Lab Support.   2. i personally still have three "Being Deliverie"s from a few days ago still sitting there i submitted a ticket for the customers as they still have not got there money back or product they had ordered.unfortunatly most customers dont want to hear anything from us about it being marketplaces fault or anything elts for that matter they just want there money back or the product getting sent to them,but me like most people dot sell on marketplace so we can give our items or money out for free becouse linden has technical dificultys they realy need to do something about this soon. out of my 4 stores that i have switched over to direct delivery two of them have had this issue so far and to keep the peace with customers ive given out several of my products for free assuming the people were nice and understanding ofc,if after i try to talk sience to them ,they start making idol threats i just tell them they will have to put in a ticket with linden and send them on there way.
  3. yea ive had to repost a few products from the same thing happening funny thing is they cant post a review unless marketplace compleated the order and sent the product,i think its just people who dont know about the new delivery folder,ive had several people ive had to explain that deliverys dont come like they used to to the objects folder
  4. its alot better then the mesages ive been getting from customers including but not limmited to. "you are a scamer you took my money and never sent me a product"and im reporting you to linden for taking my money im telling all my friends"(with that attitude they probably dont have any so im not that worryed lol)" i try to explain things about direct delivery and how its new and is having some issues but they just reply with more threats linden realy needs to get this issuse resolved and in the mean time while it might hurt sales they should realy have some sort of warning out for customers on the landing page about the current marketplace issues and not just warn merchants.ive had three "being delivered" sitting in my orders page for two days now at this point the customers just want there money back .
  5. problem solved guess it just takes a week to update marketplace after for filling the requirements.
  6. as the title says i cant select the partial mesh or 100% mesh options when setting up my items in the marketplace, i completed the little questioner thingy and added billing info on file about a week ago,any ideas what i missed? or is this another marketplace bug?
