Thanks to all who responded to my post. We have now found a sim at a great price but most importantly from someone we believe is very personable, honest and genuine and will be great to lease from long-term.

Hello! We are looking to rent a full region island sim, not mainland, as we need to be able to have up to 100 avatars and high performance, with 15 000 prims (NOT a homestead). Ideally we would like a grandfathered sim (why we wish to rent from an owner rather than buy as it would lose its grandfathered status upon transfer of ownership, which we don’t want). We are looking for this sim ideally within the next couple of weeks or so, and obviously would like to pay a cheap price as we are hoping the owner would only be paying US $195 tier/month. You will have a reliable and constant source of income and we are willing to pay slightly over your costs so that the sim owner makes a profit. We also intend to stay long-term and would need the sim to be moderate/mature rated. Hopefully someone out there has a suitable sim for us to rent. Hello everyone, Just thought I would ask some of you retailers and land owners for a bit of advice. Can anyone tell me or give me a rough idea of how much you pay or charge for shop unit space? From what I understand, this is determined by the amount of prims available for use by each store and the traffic levels on the sim, but I am not quite sure what I should be charging my retailers and want to set a fair price. Thanks for your help.
