I am not receiving all of my Marketplace purchases . Account history shows they've been sent, but inventory doesn't show receipt of items.

Why can't I update my shopping cart to make purchases? I keep getting the message" So sorry to keep you waiting. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly. It's been a week!"
