I heard it said recently that some griefers have been known to use huds that somehow cause damage to the video card, thus causing your PC to become useless. Is this true? How can I protect myself if it is true?

I must admit, I'm not sure where to even begin to submit a JIRA issue for this current bug. The Company I work for in RL utilized JIRA project management software briefly so I'm familiar with the interface, but it's the creating of issues that I'm a bit cloudy on. Is there some way of contacting LL directly and submitting a support ticket? Thus, avoiding JIRA altogether? lol

I hardly believe that it is a problem with my video card or system specifications, as my avi appears this way to other players in game. Nevertheless, here they are: CPU: Intel® Core i5-2310 CPU @ 2.90GHz (2893.48 MHz) Memory: 8175 MB OS Version: Microsoft Windows 7 64-bit Service Pack 1 (Build 7601) Graphics Card Vendor: ATI Technologies Inc. Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6450 I will try your JIRA suggestion as well. Thank you for the help! P.S. Drivers are also up to date.

I have tried everything from re-baking to running a character test, to changing skins and nothing has worked. For some reason when I think all is well, prims disappear and he looks choppy and somewhat invisible. HEEELLLLP!

I know that it's not my computer. I have 1gb of video ram and 8 gb of RAM. I know it's not my connection I have a cable connection that tops out at 25 mbps, and in spite of all that the graphics in world are choppy and glitchy. I thought it may be on to high a graphics setting but it occurs on even the lowest setting. Help please.
