hi venus, lol i had to laugh and answer, it reminded me on a funny rl story, thank you for that ... anyway in germany, you usually don't walk up to a strange women and compliment her on her jeans or ask where they got it from. i, myself wouldn't do so either in rl or sl, don't know why actually, would feel strange.

quick fix, don't challenge delivery by buying without being logged in. not all merchants are available. not all merchants that are avail., are 'happy' to work through redeliveries 3 times a day.

What I have discovered is that newly listed items can have a great run, being at top of 'new to old' search. Also if you remember, in xstreet you were able to change the item within the listing. Now after an update it's totally legit to make a new listing.

How long did you give the creator to answer? Has he been online since then, did you check by checking in a group he is in? Maybe there is still hope. Otherwise all you can do is leave a review and forget it ever happened. IMO it's always a gamble to purchase something not trying a demo first or seeing it in world, i don't think your case is something to file a report about. I do feel with and for you.. %#/$ aarggh!
