There is a delete box to the right of each of those entries, might want to do that if the display name changes are causing drama.

Make a little change to your mute or block list, any change. Just add a random object name, then take it back out. That fixes this for a lot of people.

Step on the blue and green pads in front of the bubbling machines next to the workshop to cash in blue and green crystals. Red yellow and orange machines are in their own building, up the rock ledge northeast of the workshop.

The same happened last weekend too. Sundays are rough in SL, most people online and fewest people in the office. Anyone can file support tickets for Linden Realms, even Basic accounts. Go to https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ Click Login at the top of the page if you only see "Guest" options. What type of problem are you having? Select Other Second Life Properties. Then, Linden Realms on the next menu. What type of issue are you having? Select Performance/Functionality Issue. And then you can tell them where you are stuck in the game.

You'll get thru the quests pretty quickly, there isn't anything after you fired off all four flare cannons. There's a little message about it in chat but it goes by fast. People pile up at the Linden Realms portal teleport points, and in the resurrection circles. If you land in one of these spots and are stuck falling with another avatar under you: Right-click on your own avatar and pick "Sit Down". Never mind that you are falling in the air, do it anyway. Then press the "Stand" button near the bottom center of the window. You should be free now.
