Malagrim Lovenkraft

I bought premium membership. seleved a home and joined sl. At first the panel worked and I flipped though the house options. only problem is it wont let me change hosue lay out. Second issue I'm haivng is that the panel stoped working. Now I cant change anything. Lastly. I rezzed a tv. The screen seems to work but no sound works. i did this in a sim at arental and it worked fine. so im not sure whats wrong here. How do I fix these problems?
