  1. I purshased 4 items today along with making a few landmarks at various places. I logged out for a few hours and when I came back, all 4 items are gone alone with the landmarks I had just made. My money is still the same, so I recieved no refund for the missing items. I have cleared my cache and rebooted my computer as I was told to do, which has not resolved the issue. I am on the newest SecondLife viewer. I have Cleared Cache I have used different viewers (Phoenix and Firestorm) I have logged in to different regions I have rebooted my computer
  2. I signed up for an account on Second Life and downloaded the game. I can sign in fine and do a lot of things. I have a problem that I cant click on menus on windows. 1. I click on my profile and click on edit because the page is blank. I see a list of words next to > arrows, but when I click them, nothing happens. 2. When I click on the avatar button, I see the categories at the top and I can mouse over them to make them highlight. When I click on a category to see what avatars are in it, nothing happens. 3. I click on the desitnations button and I get a large window with different type places. If I want to go to areas for newcomer and go to click it, nothing happens. I have gone through my preferences and do not see anything there that talks about not being able to click? I dont know what I'm doing wrong. EDIT: I went to preferences and to the setup tab, but there was nothing for cache there. I clicked the privacy tab and saw clear history and pressed that. I pressed all the tabs until I found the cache button which I found in advanced. After doing that, I logged out and restarted my computer. I logged back in and I can click on things now. Thanks for the help even though things were in the wrong spot.
