I am selling my sim, Tigerlily. I had purchased it to start a land rental business, but really don't have the time now. I would like to sell the sim and recoup some of my expenses rather than just abandoning it. I will sell for $150 USD and the transfer fee, preferably to someone who can take it asap, as tier comes due on the 22nd November. I currently have several parcel renters on site if you want to maintain them that is up to you. Their rent comes due in the next few days but I'm letting them stay on a few days free while I try to get this sim sold. I can also rent it to someone for $300/month if they cannot buy.
