Nothing wrong with LAN settings. Only unable to access profile and certain help pages on second life - message says connection refused. This did not happen before the previous 2 viewer updates

I am unabke to view my profile web page. I get a notification saying The device or resource is not set up to accept connections on port "The World Wide Web service (HTTP)". This had not happened before the viewer update. Everything else works fine. I only get this message when attempting to view my profile page and certain help pages in SL. My LAN settings are fineI have no problems with any other aspect of SL. just unable to connect to the profile page.

The latest SL viewer makes things load slower than ever. How can this situation be resolved?

I updated my viewer and all avatars including my own are grey. This had not happened with the older versions of the sl viewers. How can this situation be resolved?
