I stepped away from SL for a few years but recently returned and wish to start a store again. Marketplace just says Store Disabled and I cannot edit anything. I am happy to start over. I just don't see where I can fix this issue. Anyone have any ideas?

My partner and I are looking at buying private region. I have looked all over but cannot seem to find a definitive answer as to whether or not we can select a public region to place it beside. IE: a sea

I am having an issue where if I choose to upload a second image (or even save one from my inventory to disk) I freeze. I poked around a little, but couldn't find any answers that helped. What can I do to rectify that? It's getting fairly frustrating as a builder to have to restart to test textures. Update: I do not have skydrive or any cloud service that I am aware of. Definately do not have skydrive.
