Epona Bookmite

Various people have offered me advice on how to turn on RLV (or RLVa), but I do not see "RLV" or "RLVa" options in Preferences. I use Firestorm. In the past, I remember having a box to enable RLV, but I can't find that option anywhere now. Any clue as to where to find it? Thank you.

i have not been able to login to SL since 11-7 p.m. SLT I just keep getting the "darn! " message. Once a pop-up message said 'check your Internet connection,' but there is no problem with my connecting to the Internet. ?? Thank you.
