I see myself as a cloud .. others see me ok. I edit shape and see myself and changes I make. This is in Phoenix, Firestorm and viewer 2 on two different computers. I have tried all the tricks posted and no luck. This happened after I closed Firestorm and opened viewer 2.All three supposedly are using different caches and I know the second computer is using a different cache on my end (!), but as soon as I logged in on it I appear as a cloud. Help me please! Denny OK .. what worked was "replace current outfit" ... but not on the first try. After trying several different outfits, one of the freebie packages I changed to made me appear out of the mist .. and then all my outfits worked. I guess whatever file that was corrupted finally was rewritten. Yay! Thanks for the suggestions. Denny
