anyone else haveing a problem , i didn't get my purchased items from marketplace

Help Just lost my linden balance inworld, It's reading -1

I have been having TP problems for about a week. I can normally the first time , then it takes 4 or 5 times before i can again..It keeps saying it could not TP in a timely manor. Any answers as to if i need settings adjustments or anything at all would be appreaciated.
