Wow, while I do appreciate you attempting to tell me what I am a part of and hiring for, clearly you are confused. This is mainly for RP purposes, and for contracting on Sims to make sure people are following all of the third party/sim owner rules. I don't particularly appreciate you coming to slander my help wanted ad, when you are so very uninformed. Perhaps you should take a brief moment and look up the definition of para-military.
