MaxAna Birdsong

I have all the info I need for the item to put up in my store, so I active it but it dozens stick and go to my store. The ones with the box have worked. I have switched to other so I don't have to have land for some boxes and that's great, but not if I can't get them up on my store. I even went to edit item and active there and still didn't stay and go to store. So what may I be doing wrong and what can I do so I can start having my stuff up and keep putting new with same way? I hope u can help
