[What is this called, help???]

When I look around, i sometimes see people have these poses when they're just standing in one spot. For example they'll be kicking the sand, or just shrugging, etc.

 

What are these standing-still poses called? Are they automatic?

Basically I'm aiming for the eyes to be bright/cute , i do NOT need her hair color.  If you need the hair color, it is blonde.

and please do not add a ton of eyeliner, i want the face natural and cute.  Also a deep orange tan skin, and the height must be short, preferably modifiable height, etc.

If anyone can help I'd highly appreciate it.  I'll be checking out your posts for any other alternatives as well
