Hola Shannireh, Hoy en día ya hay varios tutoriales en Youtube sobre como crear ropa. Lo primero que tendrás que hacer es decantarte por algún programa 3D o incluso varios. Los más comunes suelen ser: Maya Autodesk (este es comodo para hacer el rigging), Blender (este es gratuito y muy completo), Zbrush (con este ultimo necesitaras compatibilizar con alguno de los anteriores). Otro muy interesante para el modelado de ropas es Marvelous Designer, pero de nuevo necesitarás de alguno de los dos anteriores para hacer el rigging. Pero si lo tuyo es Photoshop tienes muchas opciones para crear una tienda sin necesidad de aprender 3D. Puedes dedicarte a las texturas y crear maquillajes, skins o ropa en textura para las cabezas y cuerpos mesh (desde mi experiencia, los maquillajes se venden bien ).
