I am having the very same issue after only being a SL member for 3 days! How do we get them to fix this problem??? So frustrating....I was just starting to make friends. Obviously a reinstall doesn't help.

I have tried to enter second life for 2 days now. I can log in, but when I try to launch SL, i get a crash message and the launch stalls at the VLF portion. Please help
