Hello,I use Blender 2.64,and I made a rigged mesh dress.I did some weight painting,and I will probably have to do some more,but I would like to upload it now,to see how good(or bad) the rigging is. I go with 'Second Life Rigged' presets,and while the model looks right after uploading it on Second life,it is static. In the 'Display' options I only have 'Edges' and 'Textures' highlited. What should I do?
  4. Its working fine,its just that I dont really like the IM and chat new interface. I use beta because it seems to be a lot faster,but I will give the non-beta viewer a chance.
  5. I am not fond of the new IM and open chat box,and I would like to use the previous version of the beta viewer,how do i do that?I use windows 7.

  7. Hello,I made a mesh,and in blender 2.6,baked shadows to it,and both sides were textured. Now on second life,I can only see the inside,the outside is invisible. What can I do?
  8. I selected the Second life option,and followed your steps,but in the upload window I can't select Skin weights,only Edges and Textures.

Gaia,I selected the options you said,I actually not even saw them on the first time,thank you But now,this is how it looks on uploading window: I can't select Skin weights nor joints,is that right? And again,when I click on a vertices,I see it highlighted,but there is no cursor,I have to move it with hotkeys,how do I fix it?

  11. I managed to weight paint it,and I am happy with the results,specially for my first time.The right sleeve was a bit tricky,and don't look as good as the left one though. I think something is wrong,in the uploading panel,it looks like this:
  12. First of all,thank you for the interface help,it was so simple,and now my interface is normal! I will have to check some tutorials on Weight paint,I don't know how to use it.I just recently switched from 2.49(the one I learned blender with) to 2.6,and I am slowly getting used to,and in fact,rather use the newer version.
  13. Hello.I made a mesh dress on blender 2.6,but rigging is being a problem.I tried using Weight Paint to fix,but still I can't get a good result. You see how the skirt and top are moving with the arm?How can I fix it,and make a decent rigging? Also,the interface of the file I have saved with the avatar and skeleton have a really different interface,how do I keep the file,and change the interface to default? Thank you in advance.

I don't know what to do,I never got this problem before,and just now it happened to two uploads.Sometimes it says the problem is with the description,anyway: Description: Victorian Gown *MESH collar detail *High quality textures *Sculpted collar ruffle ~~ Keywords: gown,dress,rococo,baroque,historical,queen,france,marie,silk,satin,18th,court,dress,19th,XIX,victorian,1840,1830,1837,victoria,mesh ~~ What is the "mature" word here?.Thank you in advance.
  15. I use Blender 2.49,and I am recently having this problem. When I unwrap things on the UV editor,instead of showing all faces,only a basic square appears. Then,if I bake shadows or use a texture,all the faces get textured as that square,the texture repeats in each face. How do I change that?

So,I have an item that I uploaded on MarketPlace,I recently changed it price(janurary 7) and I knew about how someone could have put the itens on the card before,and pay for the old price,so for the first and second day,I did not mind about it. But today is January 11,and said item is still being sold by the old price.What can I do? Thank you in advance.
  18. Hello! I make (prim)gowns,and sometimes it happens that,when I save the texture for the skirt,I acidentaly let a transparent line. But this time,with three particular textures,I checked and there is no transparent line or anything.They used to appear normal to me,and they still do to everyone else(I asked to friends).When I see someone wearing them,I see them weridly too. The thing is,it only happens with three textures(or you can say,three gowns) and it only started to happen when my internet started to show problems,before that,I saw them completely normal.And for making them I used this fold .tga image I bought on SL.I used multiply on Photoshop to merge them. You see how each prim shows up in front of the other?I don't know what to do,since everyone see it normaly,and the problem seems to be with me.

  20. It worked on the first time,but not now,the error happens everytime now. and with the one time it worked,instead of uploading the mesh,the base avatar I used is uploaded instead.
