I wish to know how to see what chat channel and item/object uses. can any one tell me, i use a firestorm veiwer.

I was charged 50 $L from my SL wallet by the System with out any notice of it WHY?! When it only shows a lower ballance, no notice and a very basic record on my account info.. it reaks of theft.
