  1. Late Monday afternoon, my Marketplace Inventory page froze up. Since that time I cannot upload product into MP, I can't delete product items, nor can I edit them. I've tried everything I can think of, and nothing has worked thus far. I've cleared cache, run computer cleaning programs, logged out for hours, refreshed...nothing is working. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? If it is just me, I may have to look at my personal computer a little harder. If MP is undergoing some problems, then maybe I need to report it. Tnanks
  2. Okay, I think I found the simple answer. The items that would not allow a DELETE option, were indeed Magic Box items. You still need to go to Magic Box with these, and delete them from the Magic Box. It then took severl refresh attempts, logging out, and a couple more refreshes, before these items showed up PINK, with a DELETE option. Ryota, you are correct. There is no way, evidently, of deleting more than one item at a time. So once you do get a delete option, you have to go back and individually delete each item, which is a total PIA. I believe, under the old system, you could click on multiple items and delete...which doesn't seem to be an option anymore. However...I think the problem is now solved. Thank you for your responses!
  3. No, I do not get that option. I DO get that option on unassociated items, but not on items already set up for purchase. I've tried everything I can think of, but I am not finding a way to delete those unavailable items. Even going in on an individual basis, I can't delete. I'm only given the option to Edit, List, or Unlist.
  4. Hello, I need to delete some Marketplace items. I've followed the instructions given for this procedure. I've unlisted the items, however, when I go back to delete, I do not get a DELETE option in the drop down box next to the item. I even logged out and waited several hours before logging back in to delete, but I still do not get a DELETE option for the unlisted items. My options remain, LIST, UNLIST, EDIT. Nothing more. Am I missing a step? It's probably a simple fix, but I'm not seeing it atm. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
  5. Thank you very much. I will try that.
  6. LOL...okay...well, one product change at a time. It could be a LONG winter. Thank you for your response.
  7. Hello all, I just have a quick question. Recently, I had to change the location of my main store. It did not dawn on me until a few days ago, that I will need to change the SLURL for my store on the Marketplace, as well. As I start into that task, I am finding myselft clicking on each individual product to edit the SLURL. At this rate, it will be spring before I'm finished! Is there a faster way to do this? Any suggestions? Thanks.
  8. Thanks, I will check this. I did read something that said sometimes the boxes malfunction and suggested replacing it. I did do this, and refilled it, but again, many items were deleted...not as many as before...but quite a few. I'm not sure why that would be, but I will check the descriptions. So if you use a word in the description that might seem more appropriate for a moderate or adult rating, but you have rated the shirt as general, it would be deleted? So for example, the shirt is just a shirt...nothing inappropriate in that it could not be seen as just 'general', but you use words like, '...sexy, and you will look hot..." the item would be pulled?
  9. I've just discovered that a LARGE chunk of items I set for sale on SL Marketplace, has been removed. This happened once before, but only a few items were removed. There is no contact...no information given as to why...and no guidance on how to avoid future incidents of this nature. Aside from the fact that some of these items were strong-sellers, the time invested in setting it all up is significant. Can anyone offer some insight on what has happened and why, and how one might avoid this dillemma in the future?
