Alarec Firehawk

I have looked everywhere and cannot find a prim counter with ALL of the following abilities: [Count all prims on the parcel, display prim limit for parcel and number of used prims on parcel, IM a specific Avatar when parcel prim limit is close, at maximum, and exceeded.] If anyone has a script that has ALL of these abilities, please let me know. I need it for rental spaces, every single prim counter I have found only does a few of these things. Most of the parcels I rent out they allow other people to rez on them, and it only counts the prims for one specific person. I need one that will count all prims on that parcel and IM a specific person when the parcel's prim limit is close to being reached, is reached, and has been exceeded. PLEASE HELP!! Alarec Firehawk
